The Central PS Community is Changing
Beginning in September, 2016, Lakeview Public School will offer Kindergarten programming for all students living in the Central Public School boundary. This decision was made to align Central with other French Immersion schools across the DSBN.
Because of this change, we will not be holding a Kindergarten open house or accepting Kindergarten registrations. Instead, we encourage families with children entering Kindergarten in September to visit Lakeview Public School's event on January 28, any time between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We're confident you'll find that Lakeview will be an excellent choice for your children.
Thank you for your support and understanding.

New Health Curriculum...
We have had a few inquiries into the implementation of the new Health curriculum. We will not be implementing any of the new curriculum until teachers have been trained and an information session for parents has been held. As a result of the current job action, we are unsure of when teacher training will take place. We will keep everyone informed as we move forward.
